The game features over forty National sides, fully integrated seasons, setted piece selections, increased the physical contact, new facial animations which is better than Fifa98, shielding ability and tougher tackling. The opening video for FIFA 2000 features Sol Campbell and playing opposite a retro side from 1904 – the year of the inauguration of FIFA.
